Cas-ual Fridays Guest Designer Day 1

 

I am so excited to be Guest Designing on the Cas-ual Fridays blog today!  So I have two Cards to share with you today.  First up is a fun Celebration shaker card!

 

 

I used the Star Fri-dies, the Fun Fetti Fri-dies and the Frankly stamp set.  I just love the fun confetti made from the Fun Fetti Fri-dies.

 

The second card uses the Sassy Smiles Stamp set.  This set is full of fun sentiments for lots of occasions.

CAS-ual Fridays Challenge

 Good Morning!  I am back for another CAS-ual Fridays Challenge today!  The theme this time is Michele's Idea of Summer;  White, tan and one bright color.  I used the Exclamations stamp set for the sentiment of this fun summery card.

CAS-ual Fridays Challenge

I am back today with this months CAS-ual Fridays challenge.  This go around is all about Birthdays!  We would love to have you play along so make sure you head on over to the CAS-ual Fridays Blog and see what the other fabulous DT members created and play along!  

For my card I used the Shenanigans stamp set. This set is full of fun birthday sayings.

Top Dog Dies Guest Designer

I am so excited to be guest designing for Top Dog Dies today!  This is my first time using Top Dog Dies and I gotta say I really LOVE them.  I have three cards to share with you today, my first card uses the Hot Air Balloon Die Set.

 

When I first saw this set I wanted to create a sky background with a paper pieced Hot Air Balloon.  I found a cloud vellum panel that was perfect for my sky!  I die cut the hot air balloon from different pattern papers and fussy cut them at the seam to create a multi colored balloon.  Here is a close up.

 

Next up I have a fun quick and easy Dino card using the Dinosaur Trio Die Set.  I die cut the Dino from my card panel and backed it with some pattern paper.  Quick, easy and the perfect card to give to my youngest son to let him know how amazing he is!

 

The last card I have for you today used the Butterfly Mosaic Die.  I really love this die.

 

I die cut the panel using white cardstock and adhered that to my card base.  I then die cut the panel again using polka dot vellum and cut apart all of those butterflies and adhered them to the card base.  I added some glitter to the centers for a finishing touch.  I absolutely love the dimension you get with the vellum layering.

CAS-ual Fridays Challenge

I am back with a new CAS-ual Fridays Challenge!  It's all about Kraft and flowers this time around.  So make sure hop on over to the  CAS-ual Fridays Blog  and be inspired by the other amazing designer and play along!!

I used the Exclamations stamp set for this card.  Gotta say I love this stamp set, it is full of fun sentiments!

A few cards...

So Ellen Hutson has started doing challenges!  I am going to play along with the first one Essential by Ellen Mix it up Challenge.  This one says to use Essentials by Ellen products as well as hero arts.

I used the Bokeh dots stamp set by Ellen and the sentiment comes from Hero Arts.  I also dropped a little gold color shine on the card.

Next up I also played with some of my PaperSmooches stamps and dies to enter into the April Guest Designer Search.

I really love how this card turned out.

PTI make it Monday

So we are having an ice storm today which means I got out of work early!  I received my latest PTI order and decided to play along with this weeks challenge.

Why did I wait so long to order The Sweet Life?  I love this stamp set.  The  wood background is a My Favoite things stamp and I really love this one also!!

One last PTI Anniversary Challenge

Well I really good intentions of making more cards so that I could enter all the challenges but life happened and I only had time to squeeze in one more.  So here is my entry for the blue ombre challenge.

 

 

I just love this stamp set and have not used it nearly enough.  So this card will be for my daughter when she turns 14 in April.  Gotta stay ahead of the game;)
