PTI Make it Monday

Hello and Happy Friday!!  I am so excited that it is Friday and my kids will have no school next week, we love Holidays around here:)  Today I am sharing a card that I have made for this weeks PTI Make it Monday challenge Faux Pockets.

I think this is so cute, what do you think?  I left my tag blank for now because I am not sure who will be receiving this.  It is hard to see in the photo but there is a music background that was stamped with versamark and adds a lot to the card in person.  That's all for now, thanks so much for stopping by today and have a great one!

Randomness

Happy Friday!  Today's post is completely random, and update of sorts on my family.  My husband and I recently celebrated our 17th Wedding Anniversary!  It is hard to believe it has been that long, we were so young when we got married. Next year I will be able to say that I have been married half my life, pretty cool, I think.  Here is a fun photo.

 This is my Son's election poster.  I just love that if you vote for him "Every day will be Ice cream day" and "you will get pizza for lunch" and finally get this "you will have to do many things by yourself" !  I made a Painter's tray to display in our home this November.  I might redo a few of these sections, because I wasn't sure I really liked a few of them  I used temporary adhesive to adhere them to the tray.

New PSA Essentials stamps!

Hello!  I am having a great day so far I have my computer and a cup of coffee and a card to share with all of you!  PSA Essentials recently released some new stamps!!  Here are some photos.

I love the new Peel and Stick packs and I have made a card using the Mixed Holiday Peel and Stick pack.  Seeing that Veterans Day is this Sunday I thought this was a fitting card.

I have a quick card for you today.  This is one that I am entering in the Moxie Fab World Tuesday Trigger and I am also entering it in a Simon Says Stamp challenge for this week.

The grid background stamp is from Market Street Stamps and the letters and number are punched out of some October Afternoon paper.  This is a great card for a guy I think:)  Till next time...

Jars of Joy

Today's card was created for the Moxie Fab Worlds Jars of Joy Challenge.

I fussy cut the jar from a Simple Stories sheet of card stock.  The jar had pinwheels coming out of it already but I wanted some dimension so I made some pinwheels of my own and adhered them to the existing pinwheels.  You still have plenty of time to play along so go here and check it out!

Fabulous Finds

So normally my posts are projects that I have made and usually I am submitting them for challenges.  Well I have decided that this little blog of mine should contain more than that!  So today I am bringing you what I like to call a Fab Find!  I was in Target the other day looking in there dollar section (don't you just love that section!!! I do.)  and I found some of the most fabulous containers!  These would be fabulous for gift ensembles or craft organization and storage.  They can store washi tape, spray inks, the possibilities are endless and they are so cute!  Oh and I also found some really neat packages of printed tissue paper:)
