November 26

Hello, happy Tuesday!  I am back with one last project using the Frosted Workshop on the Go Kit.  I have a layout of my kids while they were visiting Santa last year.

I just love the pattern papers in this kit especially this snowflake, it is so pretty.  I stitched the pattern paper to a solid cardstock background.  I dropped some gold mist on the paper added a doily.  I also heat embossed the family banner from the stamp set with gold embossing powder, here is a closer look.

I just love the way this layout turned out!  I hope you have enjoyed this months projects, I know I enjoyed making them:)

You Rock

I am back sharing a card that I made for this weeks Papertrey Ink Make It Monday.  This week the challenge is applying glitter using heat and stick embossing powder.  Here is my take.

I used the heat and stick powder to apply my GLOW IN THE DARK glitter powder after my stamping was complete.  I applied it were I stamped the splotches.  I showed my husband and he said I should have made the sentiment glow in the dark also, which I agree with so next time I think I will:)  Thanks for stopping by!

Hello!  I back today with another project made using the Frosted Workshop on the Go Kit.  The stamp set included in this kit is fabulous, I love it!  I made a card using the stamps.

I stamped and heat embossed the snowflake images in the set with sparkle embossing powder on one of the solid cardstock sheets that come in the kit.  I trimmed it and backed it with some glitter tape and then adhered it to my card base.  Then I heat embossed the sentiment strip with red embossing powder and trimmed that out and adhered it to the card with foam tape.  I punched heart and a few gems finish the card nicely:)  I hope you enjoyed the card today and I will be back next week with a layout!

Happy Moments...

I have been having so much fun lately getting crafty:)  I took some quick pics with my phone of a album that I made for my Local Scrapbooking Store The Haughton House.  They are going to be opening in a new location next week and I am going to be designing for them, so excited about that!  The owners are some of the nicest people you will ever meet.  So the photos were taken last minute with my phone not the best but I thought I would share anyway because I love this little album:)

November 12

Happy Tuesday!  I am back with a card to share with  you today.  This card used paper from the Frosted Workshop on the Go Kit and stamps from Remarkable Wreath (really love this stamp set)!

I stamped the wreath in brown ink and the leaves in a rust color.  I then used the berries image and stamped that in gold.  I really love this wreath:)  I gotta say the Frosted paper is so versatile it can be used for fall and winter season. Thanks for stopping by today!

Moxie Fab Thanks

Hello! You should have come from Tenia Nelson

I am huge fan of The Moxie Fab World and Cath.  Every morning I sit down at my computer while I drink my coffee and browse my favorite blogs and now she is missing from that list which makes me sad.  Here is a card I made to say Thanks for all the inspiration and joy you have provided over the past few years.  I wish you nothing but the best and hope you will continue to stop by and say Hi:)

Seasons Greetings

So I am starting on my holiday cards a little early (for me) this year.  I like to use all the fun holiday products I purchase/ own so I make a bunch of different cards every year.  I recently purchased the poinsettia dies from Paper Smooches and I LOVE these!!  If you don't have them you should lol:)  I am entering this card in the SSS Clean and Simple Challenge and also for the Guest Designer Search on the Paper Smooches Blog.

I die cut the poinsettias and then embossed them with a woodgrain impression plate and covered them with Rock Candy Distress Stickles.   I really love this card:)

November 5

Good Morning!  I am sharing some projects this month that have been made with the Close to My Heart Frosted Workshop on the Go Kit.  For my first project I made a holiday mailbox.

I got to say this was so fun to make!  I started with one of the mailboxes that you can purchase at target in the dollar spot section at the front of the store, they usually have them around Valentines Day.  I covered the mailbox with pattern paper from the kit and then covered the lid with a solid paper from the kit.  I stamped and heat embossed the wreath from the stamp set in the kit on the front.  The bling that is along the side of the mailbox is also from the kit.  For the base of my mailbox I painted and glittered a wood square that I picked up at my local craft store and a toilet paper roll.  Super easy and fun:)  I will be back next week with another project made with supplies from this kit.

Stripes!

This month the PS SPARKS Trend Watch is STRIPES!!  Since you can never get to early of a start on making your holiday cards I went with that:)

I used the Merry Motifs stamp set for this card.  Make sure you stop by and see what the rest of the DT has made for this weeks Challenge.
