MME Card Challenge 31

This is the sketch for this Challenge and below is my take

I used a lot of different 6x6 MME pads that I have.  Everything used is from MME with the exception of the stamped sentiment and the stamped and embossed flower and the dies which are from PTI.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Tuesday Trigger Time!

Today's card is one that I made for this week Moxie Fab World Tuesday Trigger.

The photo is not the best but I heat embossed the flower image and then I colored the image using spray inks.  This was the first time that I have tried coloring with spray ink and I loved it!!  If you want to play along or just be inspired make sure and visit by clicking on the above link!

Have a great day

Paper Smooches SPARKS Challenge

The Sparks design team did a fabulous job on there cards this week I loved so many of them!  There was one that I saw and thought I wish I had made that!  Click here to see the card that DT member Marie Forberg made I absolutely love it!  With that in mind I made a card that is very similar but at the same time my own.

I heat embossed the heart from the "falling for you" stamp set for my background.  The cute little monster and the sentiments are from "falling for you" as well.  The rose that the monster is holding is from the "hope" set.  If you want to play along or be inspired click here.

Wishing everyone a Happy and Healthy New Year!

A few tags

Here are a few tags I made after seeing this weeks Make it Monday.  I have so many dies and I knew you used this technique for card but it never occurred to me to make tags this way!  LOL!  So I sat down and tried a few and I plan to make a few more when I get a chance, so fun:)  My photo is not the best, I think I am in need of a new camera, but for the stocking I heat embossed the top with white embossing powder and I colored some pearls red to use for the berries.  Click the link above and go check it out if you get a chance.  Wishing everyone a very Merry Holiday!!

A Christmas tag

The colors are a little off in this photo, not quite sure why.  I hope everyone out there is having a very Merry Holiday!!  I am almost done here so I thought I would share a tag I made and link it up with the Unity Challenge.  The ornament stamp are from Unity, aren't they fabulous, I just love them!  Make sure you click the link above and check it out:)

Happy Holidays!!

A layout

My Minds Eye has Sketch Challenges every month and I always want to participate in them.  I used to scrapbook all the time (about 10 years ago), then I got into card making and got hooked on that.  I NEED to scrapbook more and find my groove again and document my families life.  So here is my take on this months MME sketch.

These are some photos of my oldest son a couple of years ago when we lived at Hanscom AFB in Mass.  Every year they would have different family days and activities, I really miss living there.  If you want to check out the sketch challenge you have until Dec 18, 2011  just click here.

A card

It feels like it has been forever since I posted anything!  I have been making tons of  Christmas cards and homemade gifts this year and I am having a lot of fun:)  Here is a card I made using some new products I recently received.

I am entering this in a few challenges.  The Moxie Fab World Medallions Challenge and the Market Street Stamps Block Party!

I recently purchased some of Market Streets Background stamps and I love them!!  I think I have used the grid one stamped with versamark on almost every single one of my Christmas cards so far except this one which I used the Punched Tin instead.

Have a great day!

Jamie:)
