Isn't this picture just fab? This is the photo inspiration for this months Avery Elle Challenge. I only have a couple stamp sets from them so I used what I had and this is what I came up with.
The stripes are from Knotty and the sentiment is from Lots of Love. I made this over a week ago and am Just now getting around to posting it with back to school for my kids next week I have been pretty busy:) I am thinking maybe I should have backed the striped panel with a dark grey or black strip of cardstock, what do think? Just a little strip on each side? I have a tendency to always second guess things I make after I am done, am I the only one that does that??!

Wow do I love your cards - the anchor, the bird cage - but especially this one. Great interpretation of that photo and great card overall. The stripes, the colors, the font.
